Deep Sea Electronics

Deep Sea Electronics designs and manufactures control units for diesel-powered electricity generators (‘genset’), intelligent chargers and control units for ‘off-highway' machinery such as fire engines, tractors and diggers. The company is based in Hunmanby, Yorkshire, where all manufacturing takes place.


The Liberation Group is an integrated pub and brewing business with two breweries and three distribution businesses. It is the largest pub group in the Channel Islands and has a growing presence in the South-West of the UK, operating under the Butcombe brand.

Choice Care

Choice Care is the owner and operator of residential care homes for adults with learning disabilities and mental health disorders, and provider of supported living services. It has 60 properties serving over 500 individuals plus over 100 individuals in supported living.

Park Holidays

Park Holidays is a UK-based caravan park owner and operator with 23 sites across Southern England. Caledonia backed the incumbent senior management team to acquire the business from Graphite Capital in 2013.
