Park Holidays is a UK-based caravan park owner and operator with 23 sites across Southern England. Caledonia backed the incumbent senior management team to acquire the business from Graphite Capital in 2013.

Grow sales and profitability of the existing estate through increased operational intensity and favourable market tailwinds;
Maintain the quality freehold portfolio and accelerate organic growth through targeted investment in high-ROCE projects; and
